Is this a valuation or a survey?
No. It's pre-offer buyer intelligence. We help you decide whether to view, what to ask, and what's fair to offer. We are not RICS surveyors and this is not a legal document.
Where does the data come from?
Public UK sources: Postcodes.io, HM Land Registry sold prices, the EPC Register, planning.data.gov.uk, the Environment Agency and Police.uk. Each report shows exactly which sources were used.
What if my property isn't on Rightmove yet?
Paste a full address or postcode and we'll generate a report from the public record. It won't include listing-specific facts like the agent's description, but everything else still works.
Can I get a refund?
If a report can't be generated for your address, we don't charge you. Once a Buyer Report is delivered, it's non-refundable — but if anything in it is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.
